General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between a translated version of these terms (if provided for convenience) and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Account Registration & Eligibility

If ngood88 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the accounts in question and void any bonuses, free bets, or winnings associated with them.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ngood88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. ngood88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard) may apply their own transaction charges as per their respective terms of service.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ngood88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts under any circumstances. Where a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, ngood88 reserves the right to return the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy exists as an anti-money-laundering measure. ngood88 may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts above ৳50,000 or for accounts that have not previously completed full identity verification.

ngood88 does not guarantee processing times as these may be affected by factors outside our control, including payment provider outages, public holidays, bank processing windows, and security review requirements. During peak periods such as BPL season or Eid, withdrawal processing may experience brief delays.

Bonus & Promotional Terms

ngood88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. General bonus conditions applicable to all ngood88 promotions:

• Cashback bonuses are calculated as a percentage of net losses over a defined period. Cashback is typically credited as bonus funds and is subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
• ngood88 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already in active use by a player at the time of the change.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

Account Suspension & Closure

ngood88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe, account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or where continued account operation would be contrary to applicable law or regulatory guidance.

In cases of account suspension pending investigation, the player's balance will be held securely and released if the investigation concludes in the player's favour. Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, ngood88 reserves the right to void all bonus balances and, in cases of fraud, to withhold real-money balances pending legal proceedings.

Self-exclusion and responsible gaming closures:

• Players who request self-exclusion will have their accounts closed or suspended for the duration of the selected exclusion period — which may be 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently.
• During self-exclusion, the player will be removed from all ngood88 marketing communications and will not be permitted to open a new account.

Limitation of Liability

ngood88 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Gambling involves financial risk.
